Q: How large is the resort? How many units do you have?
A: The resort consists of 13 units, plus an office and hospitality room. There are 2 buildings each with 2 stories. All of the rooms open inward toward the private clothing optional courtyard set between the two buildings.

Q: What type of clientele do you have?
A: Primarily our guests are gay men. There is a wide range of ages represented and varies from week to week. No matter what the mix is at the moment, it's always friendly, casual and relaxed.

Q: Is the resort clothing optional?
A: Yes, the pool area and tropical courtyard are clothing optional.

Q: Do you have a pool? Is it heated?
A: Yes, we have a pool and it is heated in the winter months.

Q: What is served for breakfast? What time is it available?
A: We have a complementary continental breakfast each morning from 8am to 12pm (noon) in our Hospitality room. We provide a wide variety of breads, yogurts, Danish rolls, muffins, cereals as well as fresh coffee and Tropicana Grovestand Orange Juice.

Q: What are the telephone facilities?
A: Each room has a telephone with a private answering machine.

Q: Is there Internet access?
A: Yes, our Hospitality Room has 2 guest computers connected to the Internet via a high-speed DSL connection, Wireless Internet access is also available in every room.

Q: Do you allow smoking?
A: As of July 1, 2003 the State of Florida does not allow smoking in hotel rooms and guest common areas. Smoking is permitted outside.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are ideally located lust 325 yards from the Fort Lauderdale beach in the heart of the gay lodging district and close to many gay bars, clubs, and restaurants. Please visit our Getting Here page for directions and a map.

Q: How close are you to the beach?
A: We are just 325 yards from the beach and about a twelve minute walk to the Fort Lauderdale (Sebastian St) Gay Beach.

Q: Are bars and other nightlife close by?
A: We are centrally located to many gay bars, clubs, and restaurants. Check out our Fort Lauderdale Information page for more information.

Q: How close are you to the Airport?
A: We are approximately 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL). The Miami International Airport (MIA) and the West Palm Beach airport is approximately 45 minutes away. We can arrange for a rental car, which will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Q: Do I need to rent a car?
A: No, but it is a good idea, as within Fort Lauderdale the bars, clubs, restaurants and shopping establishments are spread out from 1 to 5 miles from the South to the North.

Q: Do you provide parking?
A: Yes, adequate off-street parking is available in front of the resort.

Q: Do you allow children?
